Delivering bags of food to children belonging to families selected to participate in the Food Assistance Program at Weaver High School, Hartford Connecticut.

We delivered several bags of food in April.

I’ve served as vice chair on the board of The Oliver-Benoit Foundation Co. where we’ve provided personal hygiene kits to the homeless on the streets, in shelters and by colaborating with local churches and different commnunity organizations. In the process, the need for nutritious food to a lot of children and families became a very sad reality.  In February, 2025, I personally spearheading a used clothing and household items fundraising drive.  The Malima Foundation used the proceeds to donate a gift certificate for a family identified through a local public school to purchase nutritious food captured in the images above.  As we apply and receive donations, we hope to increase the number of families to help with nutritious food on a monthly basis.
